At the individual level, Thinking Styles© measures how people prefer
to receive information via their senses, how they approach tasks and their
preferences in working with others. Thinking Styles blends beautifully
with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and has applications in raising
self –awareness, problem solving, coaching and in developing constructive
relationships with others. At a team level, Thinking Styles© can
be used to better understand team dynamics using the Cognitive
Team Wheel© and is perfect for providing greater understanding

Leading for Results measures both leadership practices and the results they achieve. It can be used as a ‘stand alone’ psychometric to improve individual performance, or in conjunction with the Organisational Transitions Inventory© to help leaders fully align to achieving the organisation’s strategy.
Designed for senior managers. Gives individual feedback on the manager’s operating style, leadership skills and practices that research has proven are key for leadership performance. It measures how the individual’s style aligns with organisational culture and will help the manager lead and sustain organisational change.
Mostly applicable to middle and junior managers and provides 360° feedback on the management processes, competencies and skills that any manager may have to manage. Provides 360° feedback on the individual’s coaching capabilities. Personal Effectiveness Profile©
Shows how the individual fits the organisation’s preferred operating style, their preferred behavioural and communicating style, how well they cope with new relationships, change, stress/pressure and their overall adaptability and effectiveness.
Facet 5 is a personality profile that measures an individual’s preference in how they behave at work and compares this against others within the norm group. Facet 5 is easy to understand and ideal for use with managers and staff, as it not only provides a self –assessment of personality, but also helps people to understand how they may be seen by others, how they may need to develop, career preferences, their contribution to a team and how a manager may need to manage this person to get the best out of them. Facet 5 can also be effectively used in team applications.
