Mike Bagley
Mike has over 20 years experience within the public and private sectors including Human Resources Manager at British American Tobacco, Organisational Development Manager at Hampshire County Council and Talent & Development Manager at the Portman Building Society. Mike is experienced working at top team level, and is particularly skilled in helping organisations with strategic change, improving organisational effectiveness and culture change programmes. Mike has an open and informal style which enables him to engage with people at all levels whether this be facilitating a session with the senior management team, 1:1 coaching or leading a learning programme for a group of junior staff. Mike has a Masters Degree with distinction in Organisational Development, is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, he is Saville and Holdsworth trained (levels A&B), accredited in the use of a wide range of psychometric instruments.

Sarah Davies
Sarah has over twenty years experience both as a line manager and as a consultant. Sarah spent several years working in the City at the International Stock Exchange where she introduced assessed activities for the recruitment and retention of Traded Options market floor staff and also introduced, in partnership with London Business School, a Senior Management Development Programme. She moved into manufacturing where, at British Aerospace, she worked as an internal Learning and Development Specialist with a wide variety of people ranging from fitters and electricians to members of the Board. As an Organisation Development consultant Sarah has undertaken a number of major projects for clients including high street banks, the police authority, local authorities, a major PLC and a gas exploration company. Sarah has an honours degree and a post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
Richard Lowe
Richard has devised and ran a broad range of management development programmes for a number of organisations across the public and private sectors including; the motor industry, cosmetic, aerospace, aircraft, print, telecommunications, paper manufacture, and food industries. At one major organisation Richard successfully helped 300 supervisors and team leaders achieve their nationally recognised Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) introductory award. As a management adviser, Richard has worked closely with clients in the engineering , defence, food, retail and finance sectors establishing change management and culture change programmes, as well as communication, appraisal and total quality management systems. A former a senior lecturer at Southampton Institute of Higher Education and management advisor for the Industrial Society, Richard was awarded a Fellowship by the ILM, has a Master of Philosophy degree and a Diploma in Personnel Management.

Edward Akerman
Edward has over 20 years experience in Assessment & Selection and Learning & Development, working as an In - house specialist for organisations such as Ernst &Young, T Mobile and Protégé. He has considerable experience of providing consulting services to organisations such as Ntl, Hampshire Constabulary and West Sussex County Council. Edward has a particular focus on utilising psychometric assessment and development instruments and delivering performance coaching to support Leadership & Development and Talent Management programmes. He is qualified in a range of psychometric instruments, including Saville & Holdsworth (A&B) and is currently studying for an MSc in Coaching & Development.
